We are driven by our mission to make imaginiative buildings through reuse and reinvention, tackling waste in the construction industry and demostrating a new way of making buildings within planetary boundaries.

We make low embodied carbon and low energy in-use buildings that tread lightly on the earth. We measure the environmental impact of our buildings and our business activities
Sweat the small stuff
We pay attention to the details, often going beyond our role to facilitate wider project aims and objectives. We help to navigate and secure funding, think about communications and help tell stories. The details matter.
Nurture the imagination
We approach every project with an open mind and help to discover the unique solutions that best suit the project, the site and your brief.

We celebrate making - paying particular attention to the materials we use, their provenance and the way they go together. Having an understanding of how to shape and use materials make our buildings a pleasure to use

Making buildings is a collaborative process - we don’t always have the answers. We create a nurturing creative process where ideas can be shared and explored together and the specialist skills and talents of individuals can be harnessed.
