Services

Thoughtful, imaginative, curious, pragmatic, technical, responsive.

We offer the full range of architectural services through each RIBA work stage. From project inception to completition and occupation.

  • We listen first. We offer site appraisals and feasibility studies to test what's possible before any money is committed — reviewing planning constraints, heritage designations, and budget to help you find the right approach.

  • Description text goes hereWorking collaboratively through workshops and sketching, we develop a concept design that responds to your brief, your site, and its context. We use physical and digital model making to help clients, planners, and communities understand and engage with the design.

  • We develop the design in detail and manage the planning process — providing planning advice, leading pre-application discussions, and submitting planning applications and listed building consent applications.

  • We produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for building regulations and construction, coordinating with structural engineers and specialist consultants to deliver a fully resolved technical package.

  • We manage tendering and tender review, administer the building contract, and make regular site visits to ensure the build reflects the quality and intention of the design.

  • We support you through practical completion, snagging, and handover — and we stay interested in how the building performs long after we hand over the keys.

  • We offer a full interior design and fit-out service for homes, commercial spaces, and cultural venues. From fitted joinery and bespoke staircases to materials, finishes, and lighting — every detail is resolved with the same care as the building itself.

  • We specialise in the sensitive refurbishment of existing buildings — improving how they look, feel, and perform while respecting their character and history.

  • We have extensive experience working with listed buildings of all grades and within conservation areas. We prepare listed building consent applications, heritage impact assessments, and design and access statements, and we work constructively with conservation officers to find solutions that are both sensitive and ambitious.

  • We measure the environmental impact of our buildings from the outset — evaluating embodied carbon and making evidence-based decisions about materials and structure. We prioritise reuse, natural materials, and local sourcing to reduce whole-life carbon.

  • We make physical and digital models at key stages of a project — as a design tool, a communication aid, and a way of testing ideas in three dimensions before they are built.

  • We administer the building contract throughout construction — certifying payments, managing change, and ensuring the project is delivered to programme and budget.

  • We act as Principal Designer under the Construction Design and Management Regulations — coordinating health and safety across the design team and into construction.

  • We act as Building Regulations Principal Designer, taking responsibility for coordinating compliance across all design disciplines.
