On the shoulders of Poulsom Middlehurst's brilliant design we were fortunate to be invited by Unboxed Homes to be a part of London's first speculative new build shell development - custom build homes in Blenheim Grove, South London - with each looking the same on the outside but varied in every way on the inside.

Different client's, designs, architects, contractors - the lot. Some light touch on a budget and others, well very special - Yard Architects wonderful designs.

A now shortlisted for a RIBA London Award.

We worked on a split level maisonette and a four storey split level townhouse. Both very different projects in their own right.

Fabulous to be a part of such a ground breaking project - but why isn't there more of it?
