Modomo make affordable and reusable housing, quickly locating modular homes on sites that are unused or awaiting development. After a period of years the homes are relocated to another site.
The Modomo Place Guide is a set core place principles, vision, case studies, design inspirations and spatial rules. Aiming to ensure that each Modomo development is more than housing, but is: routed in local context, intimate in scale, mixed use, has exceptional entrances, a community hub, biophilia as standard, activated ground floor uses and shared landscape space - and more.

The place guide grew from a detailed analysis of the ten key ingredients that would create a great place to live, work and play for Modomo, researching case studies of similar successful places around the world and then distilling their core themes and principals into the guide.
