A masterplan for a sustainable community in the sensitive landscape of the Gomm Valley in High Wycombe.

1000 homes, a community centre, workspace, a general store, a restaurant and cafe together with a single form entry primary school.  The wider fifty hectare landscape is regenerated into chalk grassland and includes a natural swimming pond, public park, allotments and a series of smaller neighbourhood parks.
