Lionel Gardens

London

2021

A contemporary home on an infill site in Greenwich. Our client owned an end of terrace house and garden. The house sits at the end of this row and is on a narrow plot just 4m wide.

The house is finished in lime plaster which is coloured using iron oxide, a colour inspired by the local area. The house uses materials that are low in embodied carbon, with a timber SIP frame and bio-diverse green roof. We also developed an energy strategy to ensure that it exceeds Part L of the building regulations.

The house gained planning permission in late 2021.
