London’s first custom build development. A row of five terraces where clients purchase a high quality shell and decide on everything else themselves. We worked for two different clients on the project, fitting out a townhouse and a split level maisonette. 

We were able to create a sequence of flowing spaces and interiors that had soft tones with simple and clean lines to bring them to life. We integrated the building’s MVHR (heat recovery) system and included low carbon features (like zero carbon floor finishes and timber). The bespoke joinery was made from birch plywood with accents of colour and brass.  

The project was the winner of a RIBA London Award in 2025.
