The renovation of two Victorian warehouse buildings in London Bridge using reused and recycled materials to breathe new life into old offices. We’re working to refurbish two warehouses into new workspace. Purposely thinking about how to be different, to make spaces that people want to hang out in - to enjoy, to socialise.

Working alongside our client Lake Estates, and closely with the build team. We’re using recycled, low carbon and reused materials throughout and expressing the wonders of the original warehouse building.
